I think only Chick makes sense as River tbh. Toog doesn't really fit anyone but Inara or the ship itself unless Mal? But I'm pretty sure there has to be a Vig because of the D3 opening flavour. So...that would leave RR as Mal/vig.

Would I know if my role had an enabler? I think it more likely that the LR needs an enabler. So if I had to pick people for scum from the claims then I'd say the enabler/LR don't quite fit unless the two 3ps are scum and Chara is also scum which I can't see right now.

Basically I think it best if we lynch in Toog/Chara today as they double up twice and it's game solved. Or we could lynch the 3ps but I see no benefit to that today.

I could see Toog as late story River (taking on a room full of reavers single handedly) or for being the focus of EVERYONE'S attention. Possibly Mal because of charisma?

More to the point, I don't see Buj's claim as anyone on the ship, but there's no way it's not a town or town sympathetic role if he's realclaiming. And if A50 confirms that it's the crew and allies, then likely we have at least 10 town, possibly 11 based on Buj not fitting anyone. If we have 11 town (Lynch Buj, no deaths, Buj doesn't flip someone surprising) we can then Mal hunt (probably RR, maybe Toog.) Lynching Mal gets rid of Mala and if EJ is survivor that should end the game. We should be safe until 5 alive either way, which gives us plenty of leeway to switch back to traditional scumhunting if you get NK'd or we have a surprising event (Mala not leaving after a Mal lynch, for example).

Makes sense to me. Compulsive is interesting, but not particularly threatening to a town doc as a modifier. Enabled means that we're twice as likely to lose our doc early, helping out the scumteams.

The setup looks like it's mostly balanced through negative utility roles, but there's too much that just matches flavorwise.

Assuming we get the expected confirmations from A50 and RR, I say Chick cops Toog and we lynch Buj. That should, combined with the fact that any antitown with a NK is almost forced to kill you here tell us whether we have any threats left. If there are threats left, it's pretty much just Toog at this point, and I really don't think he is.

This got a small chuckle out of me, I had a similar role in a game from 2016 (Death Note Mafia). I can’t get into the best part though.

What's funny is that I thought Elsa was claiming Mal with his Captain's log entries, but it turned out to be just irrelevant roleplaying.

I think Chara/RK have to be first mechanically.

I think we definitely have a minimum of 1 killing non-town role alive, (2 scum + 1 traitor, 1 SK, 2 3p seems pretty weak in 17 player) plus the game won't end with Mala's win condition a loose end.

So I know Jingle wants 3rd parties to win with us, but it could get pretty risky considering 2 townies have to die for Mala to win.

Also we kinda need Jingle/Gamma confirmed just to remove all doubt.

I think Toogeloo should specifically claim the modifiers of his LR. Like, was it non-consecutive or a 1-shot?

I've already done so, as people continuously seem to glaze over that fact.

I claimed LR beginning of Day 2 and that I had used the ability Night 1.
Midway through Day 2, I claimed that I was non-consecutive.
Day 4, I claimed that I am officially a Vanilla.

To be completely candid though, I did not actually have a second shot, I was just being intentionally vague for misdirection purposes. A multi-shot LR is a bit OP imo, and rather surprised anyone would even think I had more than 1 shot.

I don't understand why we aren't just lynching Malakitten at this point. We have no evidence that other factions exist right now, so rather than hunt for Malcolm Reynolds and just start lynching town, why are we not lynching the only known counter to the town win-con? If Mala is lynched and the game ends, then sorry, not sorry for lynching Malakitty, but maybe they shouldn't have exposed their non-town win-con role. If Mala is lynched and game continues, then we know further scum elements exist.
