While I would prefer the cleaner win of lynching scumcakez just so that I can say that I've managed to get scum lynched in every Fortnight game I've played, if you guys want to do the whole tea sipping thing then I'll just sit back and enjoy my cup.

If i wanted end day, i'd voted Cakez.

What i wanted was an explanation how my vote on him would help to get better read on him or someone else to progress this game

ces is able to play well as both town and scum.
him lurking out isnt particularly AI, just kind of suggests that he isnt really interested in the game.

and it really isnt hard to understand why given that cake feels like obvious scum to half the playerlist, there isnt much of a serious comprehensive push to try to wagon someone else and most of the playerlist isnt invested in the game.

honestly think the format of the game is working against us here.
the most protown move in any other game would be to just eliminate cakez and be done with it, but given that we only have one day theres some incentive to scumhunt beyond just cakez, but its hard to do so without dismantling the momentum on him and probably finding it really hard to rebuild it.

any pressure offered on another player without wagoning them will ring hollow because realistically the people on the cakewagon + ep & spiff are probably not changing our minds on cake and the rest of the playerlist doesnt have the energy/charisma to drive the rest of the gamestate.

i can sit here and try to scumhunt seriously, but im not going to be able to get past a scumread this strong to seriously try to parse the lurker portion of the playerlist.

isnt town? like, i give credit to the fact that hes not giving up but he just really isnt trying to find scum in any of his posts. the CES push and his posts considering wagon Mew are really surface level and dont indicate that he actually feels like he believes that theres scum in there. i strongly believe he would be asking questions of people that look like theyre trying to pressure them into doing something.
hes really not seriously trying to parse the gamestate, its posturing for the sake of appearances.

im probably somewhat wasting my time trying to reiterate this reasoning given that most of the people who are unwilling to wagon cakez probably arent going to be convinced by my reasoning.

I'm almost tempted to vote Cakez just for the sake of progress, but I'm trying to hold back as I don't really have a SR on him right now.
I like my CES vote but I don't think it will get any more momentum.

We still have time but I just wish more people were currently engaged this game. Hopefully reckoner will sober up soon and like Gork said bring some new life into this place!

i dont really understand why tbh.
is there something beyond him just having done nothing this game?
because his scumgame can 100% be better than that, so its not as though he cant play better even as scum here.

if the logic is "hes playing badly because he can afford to" then i would have to think he either just completely doesnt care if he wins or loses or his partner must be in a really good position.
former logic applies if hes town.
latter logic requires a theory about who is in a good position that would be his partner.

because if cakez flips town after all this, pretty much everyone in the lurker pile is in open season via 14 shots, only one of which they can counter.
i would hate those odds as scum here as a pair of lurkers.

i would also appreciate it if cogito could step it up to previous fortnight levels if hes town here too.
im leaning moreso that hes being used as a scapegoat more than anything here and it would be helpful for scum to not be able to do that.
