that's a pretty fair assessment honestly. I didn't really think that much into it and I kinda just mentioned people who I just thought left sus votes when I last looked at the wagon before the lynch. In post 940, skitter30 wrote:yeah i was kinda getting that vibe too; he started off with {me/milk} but said he could consider dla as that wagon heated up; it feels a bit like he wants to push on the thor wagon but he doens't particularly care *who* on that wagon is getting pushed.
I would have liked to look at it a bit deeper but the universe is determined to keep my laptop away from me haha-

I don't like this. Why would you vote for someone under these circumstances? In post 913, DarkLightA wrote:Okay let’s not lynch me just yet.
First let me explain the hammer. I was away in a hut over New Years with lots of socialising and only phone WiFi in a small section of a staircase. This meant I had little to no time to read or do anything. As a result my actions were based on a rather rapid read. I didn’t actually realise I’d hammered until after others pointed this out.-

I've done it before.. BOTH ways. I did hammer someone without realizing it (and as both alignments) and I also did fake not knowing I was hammering someone whom I was indeed very aware I was hammering (but only as scum). In post 951, DarkLightA wrote:

In short; it matters not much to me. What does is that you switched off Robert and unto Thor in a time that they both were @L-1 with 1 non-voter to decide the lynch, and I don't see how you could've SR'd them both yet opted to join the smaller of the two wagons. Furthermore, we have the flips of the two now so it looks shady at best, or a scum move at worst.

I was just asking for an opinion. I even said, to start my question, "just a conversation piece". I don't need to respond to people who answered the question, because I just wanted to know what people felt about them in general. In post 917, DarkLightA wrote:

Just a conversation piece here. But why is it in mafia games that a hammer to town looks any worse than the any of the other votes to get to a position to hammer. DLA's hammer was awful and I'd be inclined to lynch there today.
As for why DLA specifically, he popped in to bandwagon Milk, then the next gameplay-related post was Thor voting Milk, his counterwagon. DLA instantly hops on the Thor wagon for Thor's post sounding "fake", and gets Thor lynched. The reasoning there was awful (what made Thor's post sound fake?), and the low time between DLA's two votes makes it seem like he never intended to seriously lynch Milk and just wanted Thor to post and then lynch that.

I have read to this post so far. Comprehension and retention probably aren't that good.In post 919, Gamma Emerald wrote:@joges what all of the game have you read? What are your thoughts rn on everyone?

Players in the game that I can think of without looking anything up:
duck: a hydra that I will rely on my town reads to help me sort because I'm not good at reading hydras because the usual inconsistencies in posts between two brains geeks me out a bit.
Gamma: my scum read is loose at best here, I felt the reason I voted in D1 was very good, but at this point it's been so long ago that I am not ready to commit to this.
cheeky: Post I claimed to be role fishing-y still stands out. Maybe it's because of the "wait" in the middle that's like there for i guess dramatic effect. I don't like it and it stands out to me.
skitter: town read here, engaging just about everyone and everything
Milk: looks like he has been under fire to this point from a lot of folks. One thing I don't like though is that flurry of posts that were made there at the top of page 36. Especially considering since I've been called out for the lack of posts. Even without those milk isn't far off the mean though, so probably me feeling sorry for myself.
lady: made a good post imo about DLA and made me feel comfortable enough to sheep them.
DLA: I feel like they're attacking me because they came back, read a quick little bit, and noticed I was being getting some push. Felt like I'm the easiest person to target. So I'm happy my vote is here. Especially considering the post I just linked they claim something someone else says was "awful" and yet still made it out that I was the bad person out of it.
---
At this point I've had very little interactions with players and without the back and forth I don't trust my reads. I have Wednesday and Thursday off so hopefully I can find some time to post with everyone in real time.-

@all - Except that triv lumped us in there with thor/a50 also. Just doesn't feel like a genuine read, just a dismissive, LAMIST, "let's move on guys, we're sll friends here" type post.
If omo hadn't been townie by tone I would have been aggressively pushing this. And tone is not that hard to fake.
But y'all aren't feeling it and I feel milk has been even worse this game. He's in a different reality.. the way he sees CT/us doesn't even make sense. He's not reading not sorting not engaging.
I will note that even though I have been picking out TMI tells and pushing them I think odds are these two are not both scum. I think it would be pretty rare for 3 scum (rob included) to all townspew the same player (a50) unless it was intentional, and I see no reason for a scum team to do that intentionally.
If milk gets votes I believe my p would be happy to switch our vote. Also I'd probably hammer dla if he gets to L-1 again.

@milky when you're around next, given the metadive I did on you to see if you were mislynchable in that one newbie game do you think I should be townreading you? Why/why not? (this is the worst btw, quack quack)
skitter I've reached out to
DLA and Flubbz I need more real-time ans observation on, plus I want BuJ to help me get there
OK I'm ready. Bring on the onslaught.-

I'm sorry about the last few days, work starting up again is more than I thought it would be. I can probably get a readlist together in the next few days. FWIW, I do think that thors wagon is a good place to keep looking (i.e. dla then flub) but gamma and omo are picks off wagon because of sheeping patterns at eod continuing to today. In post 960, DuckDuckJab wrote:@all - Except that triv lumped us in there with thor/a50 also.
