elaborate? i have no idea what you're getting at with just those two quotes there. In post 568, joges wrote:Aren't you doing exactly what you're scolding me for, then?like, the reasons i townread mumble for example would just not apply to anyone else.
This specifically, but let's not cloud the game up, I don't think it matters, I just felt it was hypocritical. Like you saying it's okay for you to townread someone for your personal reasons but not for someone else to do the same.you're falling into the classic trap of basing your reads too much off of yourself and not taking an objective standpoint-

You're misunderstanding me. Of course I'm not saying that you can't read someone based on "personal reasons". I have no idea howIn post 576, joges wrote:This specifically, but let's not cloud the game up, I don't think it matters, I just felt it was hypocritical. What I'm saying is a bad reason is reading people basedspecifically on how they interact with your slot: that is, if i were to say "Mumble is town because he townreads me" or something similar. My townread on mumble has nothing to do with me specifically: it's mostly objective. Like, if I weren't actually a player in the game and I were just spectating, I would still have the read because it doesn't depend on anything that relates specifically to me.

This is my last post for the night, but what is your opinion of the replace outs? Seems like a lot to me, but I've been gone a long time, so maybe it's more common now.-

like here's the thing slaxx and anyone else
i'm doing this to get someone lynched who, completely objectively, is scummy.
i laid it all out in 475. there areobjectivereasons to point to thespio not playing his towngame here. what else can i go off of?
i have no personal investment in slaxx being dead. do you think i would be screaming against a town that's just opposing me just because i find it fun or something?
there are objective reasons that i can't ignore. they point to slaxx's slot being scum. that gives me an obligation to ensure it gets lynched.-

Joges I amIn post 591, Ruby Red wrote:joges and jib i am both fairly strongly townreading
So, I'm doing an unconventional thing here. I recently did it in another game and it worked out so why not try again.
You've seen my town play. Do you trust my reads as town?-

I'm relatively confident TTTT and FL are both scum here.In post 593, Ruby Red wrote:sometimes
I'm also relatively confident Joges, You, Creature are town.
I'm also fairly sure that I'm being set up for tomorrow, and your tunneling is being weaponized.
Our best move here is to lynch me so you can get over whatever the fuck you're on, because I've played scum with you and played town against you and am probably as confident on you being town as you are coming off about me being scum. But after you have your coming to god moment or whatever, I need you to lynch TTTT and FL.-
