Yes, we should be talking about catstars username more. Why do you hate dogs and planets?
Do you know who else hates dogs and planets? Probably Thanos. That's pretty scummy dude you have some explaining to do.

I kind of have to agree with FL here. Not sure how many games you've played in between but this is reminiscent of our newbie game with Skitter and Teacher where town found each other early.
I recall after the game a large bit of advice was that scum should have disrupted the towniest finding each other as early as they did and that's kind of what the pocketing comment feels like. That first seed possibly.
I caught scum page 1 and wifomed myself into letting him go. The IC and I townlocked each other day 1 and when Skitter replaced in we townlocked her too.
I'm under the assumption Scum!Roo would be wary of this and I don't really like his responses thus far. Placating slots by agreeing with their suspicions doesn't look like his town game.

That wasn't the point it was moreso about you getting ahead of the play so to speak. On the other hand I've been townleaning overkill pretty hard and that wasn't pressed so I'm less certain that is the case but I'm keeping your play in mind.

I also claimed scum with FL as a third party. This might be a newbie queue but I know overkill has played a few games. I think scum like to open wolf a lot more than you believe, especially in RVs when "the posts don't matter"

Well initially Overkills activity led me to believe he's probably enjoying the game, it's an assumption but most players enjoy town more than they enjoy scum.
However the activity thing doesn't stand when I recall lynching him for his low activity and apathy as town.

*something to note. Wagon on overkill remains to be the focal point with no one pushing the idea of a counterwagon. Also no diversion of suspicion, possible because I'm advocating for him, possibly not.

Mmkay, I won't say I don't like it but. Are you not able to develop a scumread in your RVs vote? If not what is the point of voting at all? It could be random talk stage instead.
Why is it Grandwazoo that's picking the easy day 1 lynch? Do you think it's just convenient happenstance that town followed onto a wagon on town that Grandwazoo didn't have to put work in to achieve? Why isn't yellowsnow mentioned if Egix is the only vote with a legitimate reason?
I think post 40 is your best point and would have served better if you had mentioned that it could be throwing shade onto Catstar to later pivot there. He didn't, but you could have made the case for it.

Not really. If overkill flipped scum and I take the tbf/tbh thing into consideration then Grandwazoo is probably scum there too. Everyone else talking about it is just traffic congestion.

@Roo: Nope. Just kicking over a hornets nest and seeing what flies out. Could be useful later, even if it doesn't seem so right now.
I get that it is early in the game and we're trying to gather information. But don't you think 111 is a bit of a
misrepresentation
? At least in regard to "tbf" which is only in 36 and talks about dogs and cats?
I prefer "exaggeration" since I wasn't putting words in his mouth. He used tbh another time but I'm too tired to find it. The main point was to generate discussion in a game which at that point was lacking same.

So is it relevant or isn't it? And if Overkil1 was my scumbuddy, wouldn't my actions be like the worst distancing tactic ever?
It's not, but continuing to press the issue is relevant. Point is, is not worth basing a case on. It's unfortunate because I think the push on you has scum hiding in it.

In post 191, CatStar wrote:@RCEenigma: I agree with your reasoning about the overki11 wagon, who do you think is scum on it?
I'm still thinking Roo is mafia, and would think 1 of the team on, one off. Which makes egix and overki11 pretty town for me... I remain conflicted re GW as don't like their play but process of elimination suggests no. So not my preferred lynch for today.
One of Roo or Yellow, both ping me in different ways. I will say that in yellows case it isn't necessarily them, but how people have played around him. If that makes sense.
Outside of that, Egix isn't on the wagon but I think a scum case could be made there too. His last post comes off weird in the end and I keep rereading it. They don't scumread me or they wouldn't piggyback off my read. So why veil your thought process in case I'm scum? I dunno just seems like a weird disconnect.

Gonna have to be honest and say I don't have a read on birdy. Like at all. I remember thinking at one point if birdy is scum it's probably a birdy/yellow team. I didn't like the awkward timing of their joke posts. But besides that meh I don't really know.

I don't think I suspected Birdy for anything they did. But when I went through Egix' iso there was only one post that even mentioned Birdy. So that was going to be my first fos. I was hoping Roo tracked me since I pushed on him initially.

Yeah low activity was a large part of this game which is on us with experience. We should have gotten discussion going, luckily FL's shot in the dark hit the right target.
I think you did fine Cat, I had my vote on you for most of the day but I don't think I really scumread you at any point so you did fine showing your towniness.
