No really idea if he is a scum, but one contradictive action caught my eye, check out the posts 8 and 14:
- post 8 dcorbe voting and saying "bandwagoning"
- dcorbe's post 14 accusing others saying "mafia for bandwagoning" when others say that they want to "bandwagon"

No, some claims are provable, and false claims usually get discovered. Not waiting for a claim is always a bad idea.
