In the center of the first line of roses (closest to the mansion) there a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a spartan warrior.
On top of the second line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a wine glass.
In the bottom of the third line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a horse.
In the center of the fourth line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a gargoyle.
All stones look grey and have no specific color. All stones can be pushed down. Maybe they activate something if they are pushed down in a specific order.

The map seems to be a map of the island that monokuma was mentioning but how is this making any sense?

You go to the guest room. The painting in the guest room shows two angels. One wears a white dress and is flying on the top right of the picture. The other wears a black dress and is flying on the top left side of the picture. The white angel is creating life and the black angel is killing it by writing in a specific notebook.

That disturbing show was enough to wake everyone up. Everyone started doing their own thing, ignoring the fact that they had to sleep too close to each other last night.

Everyone but Mitsuha started to move toward the kitchen. Unlike everyone else, Mitsuha was just sitting there looking at her body. Kaori asked gently "Is everything alright?"

Mitsuha looked at her and screamed "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Kaori who was still in her nightdress jumped back with that scream and hide under her pillow.

All the people in the mansion gathered in the guest room with that scream, thinking something bad should have happened.

Light shouted, "What's going on?"
Kaori responded "I ... I ..."
Byakuya said " you... you ... WHAT"
Mitsuha started crying. Aoi jumped toward her and hugged her. "Hey hey come on calm down! Let's go and find some donuts ok?"
Mitsuha looked in Aoi's eyes and said: "She is alive! ..."
Aoi was confused and jumped back a bit
Mystery asked "Who?... Can you tell us who is alive?"

The people in the room were looking at each other thinking that she is crazy or something. Maybe the island was affecting everyone sanity somehow!
Everyone left the room but Aoi, Mystery, and Mitusha. Aoi was still trying to calm Mitsuha down when Mystery was just standing still staring at Mitsuha and thinking deeply.

Greetings everyone. So from what I can tell the speculation was true. The person on the television is almost definitely me (well Taki since now I'm in Mitsuha's body), and my body is locked in some sort of control room with a bunch of monitors (i.e Meme can read what we say in here but can only communicate stuff to me through writing in my notebook or telling you guys after he takes his body back). In that room there are 3 Boards, Board A, B and C, but only Board A is open. It has a lever and a bunch of buttons. Red and Blue on the right and Yellow and Green on the left. There was also a notebook and pen there, as well as a gun (but I'm not sure why we'd need it, we're a pair so one of us committing a murder will instantly screw us both and guns are also loud).

Anyway, hopefully we should mess around with some stuff and see if maybe it'll unlock the control room (which doesn't seem to be on the first floor). But first...what's the point of body swapping if you don't mess with the other person a little:
