Everyone gather around in the guest room looking at the hand as it was a bad omen. No one was talking - everyone was just staring at it.

Mikasa broke the silence and said: "We must move around the house as pairs. Whoever did this, might be still on the island."
Byakuya responded: "I don't think that there is anyone besides the 16 of us."

Everyone looked at him - as if he just slipped and that he knows more about this place than the rest.

He continued after fixing his glasses. "For three reasons. First that this is not the first time that I'm in a danganronpa game. A villain named junko hosted another game like this which I was in with some other people. Aoi is also a survivor of that game."

This news was so shocking for some of the participants but the rest didn't care.

He continued "In other runs of this game, there never was the 17th person.

Secondly, Monokuma never lies when making these games. Having a 17th killer killing us will ruin the point of the game.

Also the third point. The letter we found earlier in this room mentioned some sort of experiment. Having a 17th murderer killing us all will not help with that. If the person who set up this wanted us dead by anyone that is not us, they would kill us before we wake up."

Mikasa added "So smart boy. What is this hand?"

The sad environment was back. No one knew whose hand this was or what that letter "E" means.

Or maybe no one wanted to explain?

It's a small room with a ton of monitors - most of them are blank right now but there's also one for each area we've been in
there's a locked door that seems to be un-forcable on one side, and a window on the other. There's nothing past the window except for a wall.
there are three control boards at the back of the room - two of them are currently closed, the other one had 4 different coloured buttons and a handle in the center

those colours corresponded to the colours of the painting Menno investigated at the top of page 4, which seemed to also correspond to the statue positions in the small gallery, so I tried pushing them and it caused those statues to rotate
got them into the positions specified on the base and this picture collapsed, plus the garden stones started glowing

I think the garden stones are also glowing the colours of those buttons, but I'm a bit behind on reading up right now and my priority #1 is this picture.

Would someone tripping and falling off a high place count as unnatural if no foul play was involved?

It's a picture of a window. The picture is taken from inside a mansion. Outside of the window is also another mansion. It seems that the frame of the picture was moved but no matter how much you try you can't take it out. The painting used to be on the wall but its fallen on the ground right now. behind where it used to be you can see a safe.

The storage room is a dark and wet place overall and probably not the best place to store food. the little lamp up there is doing a really bad job in keeping this room visible. there is nothing specific around the canned foods besides the drawer that is directly facing the storage room door.

Since the rules state only Monokuma is immune from harm, I can destroy these guys all I want.

The safe was really well-hidden behind the picture frame. Behind the wall this safe is in, is Parlor. The safe is really modern with a voice recognition device attached to it - that you guess is the way you can open it.

You investigate inside the closet with flashlight - just in case it reveals some hidden message of some sort but no luck. no such thing is there.

The hand was a right hand - belonged to a teenage male. There aren't any rings or utilities on it. You don't recognize the owner of that hand.

There is some sort of scratches on the right side of the closet that was probably made by the victim's left hand. You can see the scratches are on the top side of the closet - supporting that assumption that the person who was handcuffed here couldn't bend.

There is nothing under the bed right now but a box used to be here. The box contained Kaori's Violin.

The stones in the garden shine brighter for a second and then they go to shine normally again. they are still colored.
