Augh, I totally forgot about this game over the weekend.

@Bujaber: I didn't really take Joges' vote seriously because he didn't offer any reasons for it, and nobody really jumped on it. It's hard to rebut "why not", and since I didn't really scumread him there was no point in engaging.

As for who is scum... well, I have to agree that eyes' reaction to Vedith looks either like joking around with a buddy or pushing for an easy mislynch. Vedith then taking Rooster's vote very seriously also makes the joking tone of his earlier interaction very strange.

I'm back, and I see the whole Vedith wagon has switched to me plus a couple more (maybe they realized how bad they'd look if Vedith flipped green so opted to go for the easy lynch no one can blame them for?)

Anyway, this is the first thing I caught in this session.

How is it more informative about Vedith to flip me when it makes sense for scum me to sheep Vedith regardless of his alignment? In other words, if I am scum you still have no clue what Vedith's alignment is.

Moreover, you never considered the fact that I'm flipping green. Just because you scum read my play doesn't mean you can act like you have a guilty on me. Now, what if/when I flip green? What does that tell you about Vedith?

My only problem now (with stanly's stamce) is he hined he will be town reading Vedith upon my green flip, yet has already stated that he won't follow Vedith's reads if he is town. Makes me think he's already setting himself an out to keep on generating bad reads and making bad pushes

You're not his counter wagon though. Vedith was on jibril when a wagon popped on him, and I was noting he quit the leading wagon on jibril at that point to make his wagon tied with jibril's which is a town move.

I think if you are on a leading wagon and a wagon springs on you that you keep your vote on your enemy as scum almost all the time. The only time you switch is if a third wagon springs and your vote will make it either tied or leading wagon if you switch. In all cases you don't want to be the leading wagon yourself.

As town though you stay on the leading wagon only of you are confident they're flipping red. If you feel like you might get lynched and were only voting for reaction or pressure you try to keave your mark by documenting your SR(s) on the VC history for all to refer to after you're dead.

Bottom line is I think both Vedith and jibril are town, but I am more confident in Vedith because he's the one being more active so I can judge by his own content. jibril I only TR based on wagonomics, which is a weak reason to TR someone on D1.

The fact that rooster's wagon didn't take off is telling to me too. I was only the 2nd vote on him, and -suddenly- all 4 votes previously on Vedith are now on me. Of course not all of them are scum, but I suspect 2 of them might be (one is rooster himself) and they preemptively built the wagon on me as a precaution lest the wagon on rooster gains momentum.

Maybe I'm being too simple in my analysis and the way I generate reads? I don't know. We will see.

It all boils down to there being a good reason/case for the wagon on me. If I think I played scummy and deserved to garner votes I would have claimed already.

However, this looks like pushing the low hanging fruit to get a preemptive claim and evaluate the situation. In other words, this could very well be a scum tactic to role fish, and in this case I don't see why I should claim now.
