I was actually waiting a bit to bring this up BUT this makes me really uneasy because of this:

Monokuma showed the motive 13:00 pm yesterday - The people in parlor were doing random angry things so you went to the hallway to walk a bit then you came back to parlor.
around 14:00 Saber who just came back to parlor asked people to grab kousei to the guest room so she can handcuff him there.

around 17:00 you managed to convince light who was inside the dinning room to open the door for some food and you told him about everyone.

around 21:30 everyone decided to separate. girls went to the servants room and boys stayed in the parlor so they could guard the mansion entrance.
You stayed on guard first till 23:00 when mikan woke up and stayed guard after you.

There were traces of biscuits in Light's vomit, indicating that he ate something recently, and If I'm reading correctly Mistery gave Light food

kaori took some food and went to eat them with onizuka and kousei who were in the guest room.
You took a nap till 21:00, when you woke up to people arguing in the parlor about where they want to stay at night. Bayakuya suggested that girls can stay in servents room and boys can stay in parlor.

I never had biscuits during free time at all and I never picked up any in the murder phase, so where exactly did they come from?

If the one who made the food poisoned them then everyone would be dead and there's always a kill limit (two per person is the one the games use but it could be only one here). If they just poisoned one with the intent to kill someone randomly that's very peculiar because what if they got the poisoned one?
