I’m guessing PRs are the townie roles that have abilities? If so, I’d argue whether a PR should claim or not based on what they are.

If they're going to be lynched, then - yes, absolutely, they should claim. I mean come on, we're talking about the difference between:

- lynching a TPR and giving scum a shot at hitting another TPR tonight
- lynching scum or VT, and scum kill TPR tonight

Pretty sure the second one is preferable for town.

We have different opinions then. I believe we need the Dietician to confirm townies, the Vig to basically hunt down a scum fake claim (instead of counterclaiming they should just eat the fake claimer) and the roleblocker to maybe try to block a kill towards the end of the game.

Any of them claims and they get eaten and we don't even get the flip to confirm their roles (not that it's likely anyone would fake claim a PR now but still maybe)

But then I'm also an advocate of a lynch regardless of the claim. I still wouldn't claim anything other than VT myself regardless of my role or alignment.

However, I'll wait and see. maybe texcat has a different view on that.

Gosh. The thread seemed to explode today. It looks like town is getting ready to make a mistake and mislynch me. And I know town makes mistakes all the time, but I haven't seen a single reason for votes on me. Not one. I don't know how this is going to help town on day two. It's hard to evaluate which of the votes on me are town and which are scum when no one has given a reason for their vote.

Pers said he didn't like my omgus vote on DT. I guess that's the closest to a reason. I'm sticking with it though because I actually don't think that DT sucks. I think in his case, the s in omgus is more likely to be scum.
