I mean the poisoning could've taken place at other times as well. The main thing is probably the key. Light being the sole culprit seems unlikely though.

Also I noticed Akane went to the dining room at 20 and it was locked so maybe that's relevant? There's so much info to sort out though

The only people that COULD have somehow killed light were Mikan, Byakuya, Gundham and Kyoko

If Gundham and Byakuya were guarding both places (garden and hallway) it was impossible for me or Kyoko to get to the dinning room without being spotted, this is of course unlikely because someone went to the dinning room and gave Light the key

Gundham and Byakuya allibi eachother if they were guarding only one place/sideof the parlor the hallway,their allibis, the story and investigation are inconsistent about this point and it annoys me but FA told me that only them can ask about this but Gundham can't read and Byakuya is afk.

If Gundham and BYakuya are out of the way it leaves Kyoko and me, like I said I know I'm not the killer so that leaves Kyoko, how the f did she do it I don't know.

1. I s a fact that Light tried to suicide
2. There's a lot of evidence indicating that he was under poison effect
3. Kyoko had they master key until 10 p.m or so and then it was found held by Light in the dinning room

This means Light didn't have the key before 10 p.m and now suddenly he has it, this means there was soeone besides Light in that room
