that's a perfect cocktail of thoroughness, inability to read me and paranoia that's gonna lead to a completely random read on me

Its a good hydra, scummy as all hell but still very effective. They have good enforcers too which is how they can hold such a large chunk of the playerbase at null, the only real town reads they have seem pockety no?

Flip the VC upside down, jiggle a few people down who have no votes, upgrade the percieved obvtown, grossly oversimplify their reasons and explanations,et voila.

they coordinate nicely as a team, and like i say I think they have a couple of 'enforcers' playing similarly, making up to six heads giving washy reads then walking back on them, fills the thread and keeps the players involved sporadically on the catchup and vulnerablr to LHF accusation.

If Im wrong on all this im wrong, but I dont think I am, and will pull up posts tomorrow I think show what Im trying to say.

I also don't really recall any reasons I had for Chemist being in Town in my readslist, even if as a question mark. I may have been sheeping someone else's townread. Either way, nothing at all has stood out to me about Chemist.


I'm trying not to be annoying, but I'm just going to bring up Skygazer again. I don't understand why can get away with doing nothing and having any scumreads on her magically evaporate and have everyone in the game forget about her such that I'm the only one who ever seems to bring her name up (search the thread for "Sky*", it might show you something).

The next people I'd like to be able to townread and move to the Town list if they're town are Reasonably Clever, Shiidaji, Game of Throws and Something Smart. All of them I'd like to either hear more from or need to reread.

Oh that's right, he was in your "would like to townread" list, in my memory it's easy to get that confused with your actual townreads

I guess on that, have you felt like you've had much progress with this group? I guess it's odd that you'd want to townread Shii/Chemist but never really asked either any questions? Just kinda wanted them to post more and town up I guess?

I find observation a far more effective method of gathering reads than questioning.

To me, it's the difference between someone posing for a camera and taking a photo of someone who doesn't know you're there. Letting people act naturally allows greater insight into their true selves.


I would say that I've made progress with Reasonably Clever and Game of Throws. Neither Chemist nor Something Smart stand out to me.
