At a general level, you exhibited a tell I call "new player awkward entrance" (the name is awkward, too, I know). Basically, new scum get their role pm, and everything they think of saying to open the game feels awkward af to them. The result is a stilted entrance, much like the one you exhibited. This awkwardness tends to calm down after a bit of not being caught, so it's easiest to see at the start of the game.

A subset of that is the "Hey guys!" tell. Again, this is only for fresh players. For whatever reason, new scum players are statistically significantly more likely than new town players to greet the entire thread. e.g., "hey guys!" "Hello!" "Hi everyone." "Whats up guys"

This doesn't apply to individual greetings like "Hey TTTT!" or "RCE, GS, nice to see you again"

I didn't want to out it until everyone had given an entrance, but i think that's the case. And either way, it's time to get this show on the road.

Okay, so I play a ton of One Night Ultimate Werewolf. On our boards, we're quite goofy over there. My opening post was a reflection upon that.

And I'm probably going to continue to do that on the next game because that's who I am, D1 lynch or not because, call me crazy, but I like to have fun in my games. The visceral annoyance I felt at being immediately accused of being evil wasn't something I had expected with such immediacy and I probably reacted poorly as a result.

My brother, Kison on these boards, warned me of the argumentative nature of this game and to not to get too upset over it. It's a different flavor of the same idea but I'm not yet nuanced on it. But again, I like to have

So far his play style is coherent with these two games.

TTTT because early game read although i might be shifting more towards lynching sham, as he is not contributing much and is becoming more scummy.

But then Grand Sham says that the scum read isn't real and the vote will therefore be pulled once TTTT unvotes i.e. it was purely a defensive vote.

That's what i was saying. New players are easy targets for obvious reasons (we're dumb, don't know the systems well and make mistakes vets don't) and his vote on me was instantanious.

Eggs, in the very beginning I thought you might be scum because you seemed needlessly argumentative. My feel on that has changed since then and I think you are town trying to get to the bottom of the matter. I also think that Salad is town. The part that I'm having trouble with is reading all the posts then picking out WHY.

It's mostly because you two seem good at the investigative process.

Yes, I/we do. We're goofy and because we can claim specific roles at the very beginning (even if they're lies), we can channel a bit of roleplay as well. So I did that here and now I've got the fingers pointed at me.

However, his ISO consists of ONLY defences to his stance

Salad. He is more active now. The reason why I am suspicious of him is, because
1) everyone here is for me NULL/ town
2) I town readed him in last game. I don't in this, though.

When I was being pushed, I was trying to find scummier player who would be lynched insteed of me. I was contributing to discussion. I posted read on T^4. Sham is just defending himself.

So you think that I am scum because:
1) I don't want to lynch SE day 1 (which is my meta, hence NAI)
2) That I picked active, scum hunting, towny player, basically worst lynch possible, thinking that I can make town (4 people) lynch him whisout giving any proofs expect wild accusations is much more probable that I just wanted to make a gambit with it.

108 was pretty weird, this is the only time Voted said the word “we”. I theorise that it was intended to be posted in Scum Thread and Alex didn’t really understand the question, so he replied that eggs was clearly town, even though he couldn’t have known then, instead of replying in the scum thread. I think this was a failed attempt of a counterwagon, but I still don’t know why Voted was pushing for Eggs when he could’ve picked the easy target, me.

Because it was an unsuccessful gambit where I hoped a newbie scum would join a wagoon whisout actually reading Egg's towny ISO.
