-There is a TOWN rolecop (scum rolecop I mean it’s possible but it seems very 1-dimensional in how it can be used)
-Scum have a multitasking role and this is a clue.

1 shot vig brings this game to 9p

rolecop + encryptor vs even night fruit vendor + 1 shot loyal neighborizor seems super balanced to me.

But 1shot Vig isn’t really 9P because it basically gives an extra 1/2 lynch.

I don’t think it’s both a hint and a mafia use though. If it’s a mafia rolecop I think it’s not multitasking.

so FV isn't an investigative, right? It's basically a named townie (but only after night 2)

I don't think 1 shot vig + even night FV vs scum neighborizor is balanced for 10p

Compare it to the newbie queue setups (which in the aggregate are town sided, yes) but there is still a large discrepancy in power between what you're proposing as the setup and those setups.
