I’m not sure why some of you are following the other game intensely. It’s not by any means going to help your team win. Sure it’s nice to have someone to bounce reads off of, but in my experience, it’s very hard to stay engaged if you’re not actually playing.

I'll be passing this post on to my partner as something I don't think a member of a T/T pair would say.

An early game push being bad is your scumcase of me? I was trying to get something beyond "Alisae and Nero don't like each other" going, saw a post that gave me a mild scum-ping, and voted insomnia for it. Then he pointed out that that post had context, and the vote became pointless. What about chasing an early feeling for a minute is scummy? why would scum!me immediately back down off insomnia (it's not like I know he's town if I'm scum... because multiball, hello)
2. I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to go into my reads of the opposing game but the short version is the LUV post seemed much more indicative of LUV's partner's alignment than LUV's own alignment.
Is enigma an elephant lyncher because he's had it out for me ever since I scumleaned him for a half second on page like 6

1. im not saying that you chasing an early feeling is scummy, im saying how you responded and tried to justify it felt off (an i did something which could have been interpreted as scummy, and i knew it was scummy, but dont scum read it for me)
2. no i just think you are scum, and i havent had it out for you until my reread of the game a few rl days ago. also iirc you are still scumreading me, but you havent really explained it

i feel my reads align with ofrhz's reads quite a bit, and i do think alisae and elephant are both scum (maybe opposing)

Does ofrhz think this is what a me/Alisae w/w or maf/w interaction would look like
Like if I were scum who was convinced Alisae was scum signaling and nobody caught my crumb for a long time why wouldn't I just assume I'd successfully signaled and move along
If I were scum on a team with Alisae I definitely wouldn't hard bus D1

The only thing that makes me feel like Alisae might be town is the hovering at L-3, but imo hovering at L-3 is something that happens to scum when scum don't want to kill scum and something that happens to town when town aren't convinced to mislynch. I don't know which it is here
I would join an alternative wagon if there were a good one, for the sake of wagons

But also I'm kinda just feeling like Alisae is caught scum who can't think of a good fake claim

reading both you and alisae separately, i get scum feels
the interaction between both of you have resulted in both of you being viable lynch targets today, and i feel like there is an element of survival in both of you attacking each other
the most logical conclusion is that you could be on separate scum teams

the reason i found that this quote from you off was because it was not a thought process that i (or ofrhz) was going through with this pairing mechanic. like i havent been actively looking for hints of t/s, s/s, t/s in player pairs in this game, but rather reading the other game and sharing my thoughts here and there. the way you posted 942 seemed like a way to score town credit in your catch up, but it seemed like you werent actually interested in finding scum because you haven't interacted with luv, nor have we seen any evidence of you telling krazy to look into this

I was under the impression I couldn't try to say HEY OTHER GAME LUV'S PARTNER MIGHT BE SCUM" because we're playing two separate games so I presented it as information for this game to think about, even though it was really information for the other game. I wanted other people with town partners to notice it because my partner is town and I want him to win (I've since seen much more blatant cross-game analysis so apparently I was being cautious with Boon's rules when it didn't actually matter).
I don't have much of a read on LUV alone, because in larges I can never manage to keep more than like half the playerlist in mind when trying to remember and keep consistent reads in the first day or two. I will say LUV is in a blind spot which might be scum indicative based on past multi ball experiences I've had.

1. what would a town response have looked like, do you think? Write the post that you would have written as town had you knowingly done something with relatively little thought to try to get the game moving, and someone called you scum for it.
2. Your reasons for scum reading me are
-a single bad early game push and the self-recognition that it was a bad early game push (I can provide much meta of me doing this as town and it's also just... not scummy?)

I definitely am not playing this game for clues regarding the other game's alignment but I couldn't think of why LUV wrote that post ("Don't read the other game, it won't help!!!") except to help his partner who's scum. Can you think of a different reason?
And why would it be scum indicative for me to do so? If anything it's indicative of my partner being town and null for my alignment

Yes. Scum are definitely working together now,, because reasons. And with 15 players and 2-members per scum team you have 13 players willing to vote a scumster and 14 willing to vote a townie (if only because they don't know any better). In this situation we have only 11 willing to vote Ali and 14 still willing to vote a townie.

So it follows we lost 15.4% of our voting power just because the bother 2 scums decided it was best for them to work with the other 2 (the other 2 are Ali and his p).

Not only that, but in average every scum will have at least 1 townie that TRs them on D1, and each scum will prevent 1 town vote in average from voting Ali now. This means we have 4 scums and 4 beards nor willing to lynch a scumster who had scum claimed at least THRICE by now. Not once and not twice.. THRICE.
