Well, to each their own. I personally did a full reread of the Menace game overnight. I also played that way in Team Mafia (tried to stay on top of all 5 games until my team member got killed). I think it's both beneficial for the "team" (i.e. the two players teamed up together) and for me personally (I am getting to see how people play from above. It's an intermediate state between being in the game and being the mod).
