The logic here is fairly bad from salad but that's actually why I don't think he's scum. I imagine this kind of guy trying to come up with bad logic about today, not day 1. That just seems outlandish for a scum to do imo

No, it falsely creates conditions to catch scums and you allow scums to get out of your logic net were they ready to bus URAP yesterday which can be a thing given on how this day 1 went.
