Got it. In that case, let's see where things go today. We can cross the bridge of addressing your scumread of me as the need arises.In post 1523, RedPanda wrote:I'm not townreading you and I would if gamma and pine flip scum.In post 1521, EspressoPatronum wrote:In post 1516, RedPanda wrote:If my gut read on Gamma is wrong then I I have rethink my gutreads and since EP is still in my scumpool, I think it's a good lynch.
If my gut read on gamma is good, Then I'm gonna trust it till I'm wrong.So you think I'm scum if Gamma or Pine flips town?In post 1519, RedPanda wrote:When Pine townread Ep for a post, it pinged me that It's either pine town or pine scum townreading town EP. Btw I'm back to considering you town but now it's based on your logic rather than assumptions I've made

Can you point me to Cinnamon's town posts? I thought his ISO was scummy.In post 1527, Pink Ball wrote:Gamma is town. Just read Cinnamon's ISO. RP, untunnel mode activate!-

Not every player is the same. This is definitely within the confines of reasonable town behavior and it doesn't seem out-of-line with Gamma's personality at all.In post 1520, RedPanda wrote:In post 1518, Klick wrote:I read the post in question as Gamma being demotivated because he felt he was feeling ignored.
I'm playing after 6 years so I don't know what happened to the site. But I don't know ever remember strong players shutting down even if they were being ignored. I was confident before and now I'm not so I'm willing to follow your lead if you have the guts to take responsibility after the game ends. I just need to know If you're confident gamma is town.
I'm still sorting through my own reads, but I'm confident enough in Gamma-town to be uncomfortable with his lynch today.-

In your opinion, what do we do on D3 if:
1. We lynch you and you're town;
2. We lynch you and you're scum;
3. We lynch Chemist and he's town;
4. We lynch Chemist and he's scum.
My thoughts:
Spoiler:
1: poke at Menalque but do not lynch him without serious consideration of others. Assuming a standard scumteam suze he'd be 1/3 of the scum even if he is scum, so he'd have partners.
3: I'd expect to get seriously FOSed for swaying lynch onto Chemist.
4: Take the scumflip into account and partner hunt hardcore.
Tbh, my read on you personally was town. I had a scumread on Cinnamon before you came in.In post 1443, Gamma Emerald wrote:Can I get a recap on what made you suspect me?
Menalque's case against you brought me back around to my scumread on Cinnamon (/your slot).
Btw I think the best example of me shutting down as pressured town I can think of is Krazy's Anime Upick, I wasn't really prepared for it so I crumbled.
To add some background as scum, if I feel uncomfortable with the game climate I'll lurk out a bit. It's like the worst possible play but it's what I do.<Embrace The Void>

I'm reading you as town and I'm not confident in my skills like 6 years back(This is my second game after 6, my play in the first was average) which is why I'm considering this. I'll read a few games of yours before I sheep you.-

I'll save you some time, RP - I don't play often at all, especially not lately. This is my first serious Mafia game in a long time and I feel as though I have a completely different approach to the game than I did ages ago. And I've never been considered a particularly good player. If you're looking to sheep me due to some sort of prestige that's not what you're going to find.
But I'm town, and I feel pretty good about Gamma-town based on the last few pages. Take it or leave it.-

Because if you're going to leave your vote on me like that you're complicit in the hammer. It's not me saying to take you out for it, I'm saying to use the same level of scrutiny if they decide to get leery with the hammerer.In post 1540, RedPanda wrote:

I mean that's possible but I don't think that's the caseIn post 1546, RedPanda wrote:Gamma I really would have unvoted if you said I was keeping my vote on and signalling to a scumbuddy to hammer before the wagon dispersed. cause that's the first thing I thought that you were thinking when you said it.<Embrace The Void>

Wouldn't that be inconsistent with his recently-developed townread on you though?In post 1546, RedPanda wrote:Gamma I really would have unvoted if you said I was keeping my vote on and signalling to a scumbuddy to hammer before the wagon dispersed. cause that's the first thing I thought that you were thinking when you said it.-

But sometimes you get pinged right when somebody makes a move. I thought my move was obvious in the fact that it doesn't relieve pressure and it also protects him from hammer.In post 1548, Klick wrote:
