@Gamma Emerald:

Could you provide a readslist, something like Ank and DV have given us?

The number of times that she has talked about the dance pairings not going the way she wanted them to is striking to me, and I haven't even read all of her posts. Scum aren't going to naturally expect that town do what they say because.. well.. they're scum, but town often do and this is part of why Ank strikes me as town.

There has been substantial confusion about pairings and offers in the pre-dance, and there will continue to be confusion in the VCs going forward if the thread grows at the current rate.

There is a very real pro-scum effect to excessive posting.

This is why i lurk and barely post. I'm clearly doing this to be the most pro-town i can be.
You're not going to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. S*Gaiden will not make long cases, write stunning insights, or sugar coat his words. He is not the man for multi-paragraph eloquence. He is, however, being honest to a fault, and it comes across in his writing.

I'm starting to suspect that out of the Ank/MariaR pairing, that if anything, MariaR is scum. They just push easy players.

Well, we had a nice waltz and apparently a foxtrot.
We've been kinda hanging around the punchbowl since then though.

DV's #2336

Do you have experience with Bitmap? I wrote a tangent on bitmap myself in my PT if you wanna compare and contrast

Spoiler:
Bitmap - Really dislike this slot. Bag of inconsistencies. Tried to confront them about these and he just had what I call self-tells. It's when you pressure someone and they self-tell about something so it's invalid, and I find when town are trying to self-tell they usually are doing it to reprimand someone for a bad read, but Bitmap's self-tells are only used to redirect. I don't understand how someone can go from raw aggression and saying my scumread is shit to saying they distrust their own townplay and saying themselves are shit. Like...if you're an unsure player you do not lead most of your arguments as black and white, because I've never seen him consider that perhaps he could be wrong? Just doesn't feel like he's thinking about what he's saying and what it means to him personally rather just entertaining the thread. Scum

Like

I'm at the point where I need to be certain of like 3 more people being town and I literally might just start hard pushing pairings

The way we are handling things right now is not productive to a town wincon

After reading Fire's ISO in Witches' Halloween Ball: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=77636

He's probably town in this setup. Fire was way more controlled as scum and it doesn't line up with his play here. While LLD was flailing as scum in that game, it doesn't reflect Fire's scum meta from the looks of it.
