I think you have interest in keeping the confusion about it for some reason. Scums know what the truth is and they'll be able to lead everyone in error. Scums want to lynch outside the PRs. That's what I think.

We don't know what scum's PRs are, so it is possible (albeit unlikely) that there is a world where pisskop, Omochao, and Sakura are all town true-claiming.

NRG permits swingier setups provided they are reasonably balanced. Swing is inherent in all setups anyway; sometimes town will screw up (like forcing all their PRs to claim D1 by accident), and other times, scum will (like killing their own traitor).
