This was probably the last alchemist post I liked and it's been awhile since then.

I don't think his play has been that steller and I see no reason to call him town.
Also if we go by the logic of 'I will lynch both Flippy/Maria' that's 2 town lynches back to back. Of course, he's not the only one showing this angle but I think it's an easy route for scum to take when Rce has shown barely any read development on either slot.
