combining those two factors, he tried to coyly interrogate iconeum while voting him which has the subtlety of "WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS, SCUM???"

i was going to meta check him to work out whether completely unsubtle interrogation was alignment indicative, and while i was internally waxing poetic i suppose i just felt like asking him to see if he was aware of it as a tell for himself.

i didn't bother in the end; net of all things i think it's kinda towny and his other posts have been towny

ico, i don't feel strongly about osuka. he's not really doing anything alignment indicative but seems like baller/cognisant of that which is probably 1% more likely to come from town. i'll sort him when he does stuff; if he stays the same i'll just POE him.

Define "read." I think I've read almost every post but I tend to not read too closely when I'm feeling lazy and fall back to gut-feel; especially early game. I've had very mixed results with the process. I think nsg once said sometimes she just falls back on looking at the layout of posts to get reads and I guess I do something similar with my gut-reads but I need to break out of that habit.

I think it's inventive, it takes a page out of marathon style games by instantly pressuring someone in the hopes they crack under pressure, and I'm typically lynchbaity as town so I'm a good choice for that type of opener

poor associations with slots i'm not comfortable with
surface level looks like town meta, but when i try to go deeper he's not diving down with me
basically this is the right way for scum!ico to play if he rolls against town!me but it might also be town!ico : /

thinking back to e.g. echo bay grits SEO, he played very intentionally to circumvent my expectations of his scum meta and it kinda stuck with me like "ah! ico is indeed the type of person who would ask himself how to get me to townread him as scum" and so i approach the dragon warily until he strongly towntells

gamestate might be too early for him to earnestly towntell on his own, which is why he's not bottom tier and i'm not interested in wagoning him yet.


i also haven't read his retorts to my small case on him yet; i'll probably need to go through that again when i'm a bit less busy so i can think a bit harder about it
