Its not mutually exclusive; i can disagree from a design standpoint in not giving a faction killing power while not being able to explain them.

Maybe one is odd and the other is even night? Then maybe a no kill is explained because the factions joined and now cant kill on either odd or even night? Idk theres literraly hundreds of way to explains it

By default I write everyone on the first votecount, since everyone who can vote is not yet voting.
However, you are indeed correct that it may or may not include the entire playerlist, and that there may or may not be people who cannot vote.
If it is too confusing, I'll happily change it.

Is it the letter thingy? I already explained that you dont give up your Ace card on a ML when you are last mafia member of a faction, you do that on lylo.

So basically he was shading everyone on the lynch wagon and lowkey diverting everyone from trying to lynch outside of it for D2. He mentionned himself more than once that "he very well believed mafia was on the wagon''. This sentence did not come from town, it came from him.
