Heard, i wasnt sure if there was merit in trying to entice the chancelor into doing something that i would know he did, like if i passed a red and a blue and he did the red i would know what went wrong that hand and we could take out one of the facists, or they have to play the blue card to not out themselves.

i also did try to expand upon a few things that oka said, but its all pretty solid. most of the other situations i could think of id rather cover if/when we actually need to.

We have entered the legislative session. The president will draw 3 policies, discard one and give two to their Chancellor who will discard one and pass one.
Thread locked until a policy is passed or until (expired on 2019-10-09 07:00:00), with deadline leniency on the Chancellor if the president is late.

I would suggest that the chancellor claim before the president. If you discarded a fascist policy or whether you got 2Ls you should tell it immediately.
