At the same time he presumably knows that chemist has the rolecop function so should *know* that chemist knows jjh's role. His further insistence on lynching jjh despite this fact I think is scummy? Although that's somewhat hypocritical for me to say as I still think jjh is a decent lynch candidate. Although I have concerns over the "day 4 action" thing. So I think I'm willing to let jjh prove himself in the same way that I thought lynching korina day 1 was a horrible idea.

All 5 of the role PMs I can read have a modifier of some description. I think it's likely this is a design theme, which makes me somewhat suspicious when TL claims something explicitly without something that could be construed as a modifier. Meanwhile, restrictions to his targets would explain his repeated targeting of Chemist.

The fact that he himself hasn't given the "he (chemist) is largely townread player" (unless I missed it) reasoning for the inventions is pretty bad then. I mean it is TL but this goes beyond the normal weird shit I would expect from him and honestly might be scum. IIRC mena has given intent to L-1 already so

do you know what motivated you? is it some kind of modifier/player/unknown? Apologies if this has already been answered but the only reason I see to not lynch TL at this point beyond chaotic playstyle (weak reasoning at this point), giving chemist a bunch of inventions and him not being NK'ed or TL trying to lynch him, would be "is there a role modifier at play that has to do with motivation + ???"

and even then it seems largely NAI as it could just be creating a more powerful scum but it gives us something more to consider.
