I propose that everyone WITH superpowers claims "yay or nay"
This is a rare opportunity to properly massclaim without the fear of being NK'd, so I think we should take advantage of it.
I'm also envisioning an N1 where literally every player reveals but we can get a pretty damn not bad solve afterwards

If Evenstar is right, there's a decent chance that role might be linked to flavor in a way to make things guessable by scum. I think there is at least some utility to controlled reveals, but I don't think now is when we discuss it.

I'm kinda just excited to see all the set up gubbins at the end. Shame that beyond basic flavour name safety it's probably best avoided talkimg about for now.

In other news, yeah, I don't know if anyone is revealing today on day 1, but if they do, I say atleast 2 people HAVE to reveal. Because frankly, giving scum 1 option is weird too me.

This is a bad idea. First you want claims on the basis that we should not fear the NK, but then you say you expect everyone to reveal, which does open up the door for the NKs to occur.
I want "are you a PR y/n" answered, which does not involve a reveal.
Once we have sufficiently many claims to formulate a plan of attack, we swarm with numbers/broken interactions/trackers confirming actions and all that good stuff

Sweet.
Best case scenario, we get an estimate of how many "VTs" there are in this game and hopefully people can ask for PRs that can complement theirs and some broken interaction that we can abuse exists.

There couldn be interactions that are flavor specific and therefore anti town for scum to know. Since it's pretty easy to connect dots if roles relate to flavor.
Don't think claiming pr/not pr is like super helpful and potentially harmful.
in my opinion, a lot of assumptions are being made about the setup right now.
the short of it is, the more knowledge is public, the easier it is for scum to make guesses. it's really that simple, as RC said. that said, not voting Vork for it, that's his style.
the game is balanced around the reveal mechanic, so... as long as we don't do a mass reveal, i'm happy. a massclaim of pr/no pr doesn't seem useful to me, because the next step is requesting specific prs and revealing those.
pedit: not deathproof, just effectively bulletproof, as i'm reading it.
which, if you were town, would put you in a great position to and pull in some death note attempts from the kira team.
i am curious about the utility of your claiming here. is it just to say that your flavour fits your ability? because no one was arguing that. flavour being non-alignment indicative just means any character could be scum or town, it has nothing to do with flavour fitting your ability or not.

"Oh yes, my brother. I love thinking about that."
Almost, do you have anything you want to do? or do you like Vork's plan?
"Sibling," Farkran asked, starting slowly.

i'm with you there, LUV. have someone you'd like to mercilessly execute?
