No this is actually always true: Dunnstral and SO were off the wagon so two out of seven living town at that time were off the wagon. Thus 2 scum HAVE to be on it. Maybe don't knee jerk react to any attempts to look at a wagon.

No, I understand that. It's just not insightful because the same is true of any group of that same number of nonconftown.
