Eh... More rethink my decision to potentially give scum knowledge about neighborhood composition and thus access to flavorspeccing material. I don't think in this setup particularly (where we have no guarantees that our neighborhoods aren't infiltrated by people we don't even know are in them) there is any use to trying to use our neighborhoods to scumhunt, especially when combined with the general lurkfest that is the main thread.
