Like amazing texture — hard but with a little bit of crumble, just enough that it melts a tiny bit in your mouth

Solid flavour, quite nutty but not overwhelming, not strong but not getting overly sweet

Lol I should have got that from context, but I did just google it and it is a mountain in France, the cheese is from there. Doesn’t look like I’d be able to get any in the US though

Unfortunately unpasteurized cheeses are technically illegal here so I won’t be able to get it here at all, I just gotta get my ass to Europe.

I can get some from Whole Foods, but I’d probably have a better selection at this place called the Dekalb Farmers Market, they’ve got stuff from all over the world. But like I said, unpasteurized cheese is illegal here.
