WRONG! A faulty assumption is likely to lead to a faulty conclusion. If you flip a coin 4 times and it gives you 4 tails it's still a 50-50 chance to get heads on the 5th flip. If you spin a ball on a roulette wheel and it lands on red 8 times in a row it does NOT mean the next spin has a higher chance of landing on black.
