I don't in this game, but I'll have you (and him) know I liked him a lot in our first game together (I was Scum and he was Town), but he has failed to hit that height in any game we've played together since.

That's redundant if the modifier itself is weak.

The modifier is NOT weak "in itself". The mod "could" choose to make it so. Even this phrasing is vague, as it could also be interpreted as "the mod could choose to couple that with a Weak modifier" just the same.

My point is I claimed it on D1, gave you the details from my Role PM, so if that was in anyway pre-planned or faked then it still is accurate because I would have bloody checked with Boon beforehand.. long long before I claimed.

Even assuming the worst (not the duck though); let's say I tailored a fake claim on my own without getting back to Boon. Now I don't even know the names of the roles/modifiers Boon uses. so I must've went to the Bank (Boon's, not my local bank) and checked the definitions of roles/modifiers I intended to use to fake claim, and if I did then I must've seen the definition you are talking about, and if I did see it I must've asked Boon (would have had to) to clarify that part for me, the same way I asked him about how my modifiers worked exactly because I NOTICED a different phrasing under Recharged vs the one used under Desperate (The "action will fail" vs "action not going through" bit I already talked about when I was explaining why I believed there had to be a Miller role in this game back on D1).

To clarify, your laundry list of roles, one of which has become redundant, is giving me a mechanical reason to believe there is exactly 1 scum between you and Titus. It's purely based on mechanics, not day play. So you giving me reasons to believe that yours was genuine doesnt actually go against my reasoning here. What do you think about Titus's claim here? That she had desperate added to her on N1, and it means both that her actions will only be successful on someone that shows up as scum, and also that if successful she will die. So her desperate modifier does what your weak modifier did when coupled with desperate. Do you think Boon is trolling us with the modifiers? Am I being too much a lawyer about this?

I have no reason to believe in the boogeyman existing.

I know there's a Renegade. That much is proven. From what they gave Titus I'd wager they aren't town. So, for an Enchantress to exist they'd either have to be town or at least a different alignment from the Renegade. And since this game was advertised as only having a single mafia entity? That means that either a) an Enchantress doesn't exist (highly likely), or b) something aside from an Enchantress, like a Rolestopper (as has been mentioned multiple times), hit A50. (less likely BUT answers why nobody could target A50).

If you're saying that you also gained a modifier then there would need to be a motivator or two renegades. Maybe even a motivated (as a modifier) renegade.
If something else changed (not a modifier change) it could be another gate-like role or something similar. In BT games (which are

not

normal) a mechanic can exist which has nothing to do with any of the roles, modifiers, or variants. Despite the whole 1/2 new/variant roles thing. Actually a straight up inventor that removes stuff instead of adding it would possibly count as just a modified inventor and thus not even be a variant.

I'm pretty sure that this is not what Titus said. She said (paraphrasing) her ability was now unable to do its original purpose of making neighbors (because of what desperate means).
