It literally says in the wiki, in the first two sentences, that UB is normally town and takes the first PR that dies.

It appears that chk had a roughly 5 year hiatus between 2013 and 2018, going strictly from the user topics view. It's entirely possible that things have evolved that much.

version of the role. I can relate to that myself, as I have never even considered tailoring a Normal setup. I do as I please because I only design Themed games.

If he is using the wiki for a vote, and hiatus or not, he has modded some recent games......so he should be RECENTLY consulting the wiki.
