it's one of Espeonage/Ankamius for sure at that point

it's entirely possible Ankamius predicts the Friendly Neighbour thing and doesn't claim she received anything from Espeonage; especially considering Espeonage's earlier targets didn't claim to receive anything, and Espe didn't seem particularly bothered about that (he wasn't jumping to scumread them)

Espeonage could also be lying about the whole weird friendly neighbour role
