Yeah...it didn't use to be so touristy. We have names for neighborhood here now that were just "East Nashville, West Nashville, South Nashville, North Nashville" when I was growing up.

You win when when your faction has reached a majority in the town or nothing can prevent this from happening, or if all third parties are removed from the game and your faction reaches equality with the town.

What's the difference between the first part and the second part then. What I understand is that if there's a SK, scum needs to be > than town; if there's no SK, scum needs to be = to town.
