@Nero this is my theory on what happened since nobody is going further in a thorough analysis of the events last night.

I'm thinking of bodyguard 3 attacks bodyguard 2 then bodyguard 2 attacks bodyguard 1 then bodyguard 1 is put aside for target to be killed.

Kirari Momobami as #1 town would become too powerful if alive, therefore Red Mafia, whether they knew Kirari was Blue Mafia, Town or another alignement decided to take a stand and go all in for the hit.
