Okay apparently 386 failed in 407, and I didn't notice. That's been fixed.

If we have no way to get rid of contracts, then how do we get rid of them when we find them no longer useful?

You should've specified that in the contract specification.

Aside from that, you could just leave the contract by unanimous vote. If everyone leaves the contract, the contract is void.

This is how contracts work in the real world. If you want it to be amended easier, you could always add a provision to the contract allowing it to be amended by a supermajority.

While I'm against win conditions and premature endings, we should have a clause for the inevitable time when the game ends so the game comes to a happy resolution.
