fair enough. I've taken a peek at a few recent games to give me some idea of what to expect. from what I've gleaned its basically several hundred pages of shitposting followed by random voting and whoever is the best at making up a compelling story controls the vote. you just hope that the storytellers are on your team.

For the record, we should avoid lynching at deadline if at all possible. I think we should behave as if 2 days left is the deadline to make sure we’re not scrambling. That’s what seem to have happened last game multiple times and it looks like it worked out strongly in favour of scum.

Tentatively, I’d say farside, Something_Smart, firebringer, ABR, and votato are all town. Least confident on ABR there, but I have no real experience with him first hand so I may be incorrectly reading him playing in a fairly relaxed manner as him being town. Which I know is the opposite of his reputation, but I think scum!ABR may feel more pressured to act in line with his high pressure reputation, thereby making his relaxation actually in favour of town him.

Farside, what do you see in paragon that’s townie? I have something gut pinging me town there but not enough for me to really call the slot as town.

Lilith I’m holding back on for now, not sure.

Chkflip is my top for scum among the posting slots, but I want to interact more there. They may not be a bad lynch even if town.

All the other slots haven’t produced enough content yet to be read.

also, are we to believe that scum dont have a PT in this game? it mentions a PT in the rules during the night phase, but thats the only place i found it mentioned. the rules have already been noted as flawed tho. also, I'm getting dangerously close to not getting page 1 lynched. step it up!

You would be a potentially good lynch if you’re making the thread toxic (which you admittedly haven’t done with me but I looked like it was threatening to go that way earlier) but also because of the stances being taken on you as the first serious wagon. Mostly the first point, though. I think that removing elements liable to reduce town cohesion as the game goes on should be a priority for town on D1, possibly beyond lynching actual scum.
