Well let's think about it:

One mafia is making the kills appear as "drowned"
We can assume the same mafia is performing the kills

We assume a separate mafia is roleblocking people

So for Bird to be scum in your "ninja is fake" scenario he'd have to be the 1 mafia doing nothing - not even commuting, to my knowledge, since that gives you a different message. You're claiming you did get a result, and that it's that they went nowhere, right? Not 'no result'?

I’m going to stay on Birds.

I think this is the best lynch because of his Suicide potential. If he’s town, and we mislynch, that is game over. If he is scum, he’s going to live and come up with another reason for why it happened. We lynch there, we find his alignment, move on from there.

If Birds is scum, we got ourselves an extra day and a night kill or a no kill will go through which gives us plenty of information to work with.

If Birds is town, I think that makes Clover town because I don’t see why ScumClover would ever announce that Ninja thing in that scenario.
