I looked at it from a claims pov and that doesn't help, so let me throw that out the window.
If I try to story book read it leads me back to thinking Holden is scum.
But if you look at the isos April has a really good scum story lined up where her whole team got on her back and bussed over and over Where Holden is more all over the place because he has great interactions with scum that seem hard to fake. He also softed having a gun. Yet he had a pure town wagon on him.

Funny enough scum one time was asking me how to have the power's of being chill as I correctly cased them and was being pushed by them in lylo.
