Anti-Town role hunting is not a scum tell. At least that's how I see it.

I get the point that a scum lynch is better than a 3p lynch, but a 3p lynch is better than a mislynch. Maybe my view on it is just too "simplistic" but I really don't care.

A 3p lynch is better than a mislynch. Actively hunting for 3p is something scum frequently does to look like they're scumhunting, since the 3p are not on their team and thus just as big a threat to the scum as the townies are.
