just take a break from the game if you want the day to end. You're safe anyways
What do you want me to do. This game is just an orchestration of conveniences from multiple people. I'm feeling rather disillusioned seeing what's happening.

You figured out why to avoid everyone sitting around doing nothing for many real life days you should choose tonight!
I am not even saying to agree with PB, just pick something.
ah yes, beeboy style reads;
if this person flips town, then i'll townread them. - Nahdia
First off: I don't understand the premise of the hurt votes. I mean that. When it came to passing midwaybear the chain it was basically me thinking that nothing I said particularly mattered. I don't really give a shit if I didn't get lynched on D1, I'd hope that lease on life would allow people to maybe consider my words more carefully.
This didn't happen. So the story goes. I offer alternatives and different perspectives just to be ignored. Beeboy is now spinning his wheels thinking I'm scum over mechanics instead of my content. This is the most frustrating thing I will ever see happen to myself or someone else. I really haven't thought too hard about the mechanics and I swear the fact that we
are
focusing on them so heavily is probably where things are going wrong.
In post 3494, Pink Ball wrote:Ok I'll hear you. Why is making beeboy the chain leader and then killing him not make sense from scum??
because it shows that spring wanted to protect beeboy. From farside's claim, I'm assuming scum shot beeboy, so why would spring want beeboy bulletproof if scum were going to kill beeboy?
Sure you can say it was a gambit, but the quiz failed and I'm 99.9% sure there is no tampering.
Like, spring's whole scumteam is largely comprised of circumstance based on roleclaim instead of individual merits. The wheel keeps turning. Starbuck has blew a few fuses about quiz outcomes instead of direct encounters with other people. How do I read this. I'm not sure, I can only base what is given to me. I don't think the things I'm saying should be controversial if you look at the turn of events. I get this game is not a typical game but at what point do we divide all our time into a mechanic that probably benefits scu- oh wait it does benefit scum as much as town and the only positive we've gotten is forcing strongman let's just put 3 people we think are scum into it lol
Apologizes if this wasn't clear, but I want to clarify how the 'Chainelader being bulletproof works.'
When someone becomes chainleader they are bulletproof for the night they become it
not
the night after.
So for example, if Mary became the chain leader after a vote on night 4 she would be bullet proof night 4 and day 5. Not Day 5 and night 5.
Yeah but the scumteam could adapt to whoever got protected. If spring is scum, she knows who is getting bulletproof and cand adapt the kill to who gets bulletproofed that night. Let's say beeboy becomes bulletproof; scum shoots unwnd or whoever they feel like it. beeboy was one of the obvtown players on D1, you either want to go with the townie approach which is protecting the obvtown, and if that doesn't go through, you kill the obvtown

Were you not paying attention to what we won when we passed the quiz last night? What we won was a Strongman Kill, where we can choose 3 (AND ONLY 3) people for scum to target at.
Right now, we have me, TSE, and midway (all of the claimed VTs) to give to scum for the Strongman kill. If midway chooses to give spring the chain, he will fuck that up because TSE will die and then the mod will random roll for the 3rd person.
I really need y'all to read what you're a part of. It worries me that you have no idea about this and YOU WERE IN THE QUIZ LAST NIGHT.
Also you are not putting into the decision that spring's flip is way more important than a TSE flip. It gives way more information about the scumteam what spring's alignment is than TSE. You're town mid that's what you say, right? You don't know who is town or who is scum. If TSE flips town, what's the solve? Instead, if spring flips town, what's the solve? I believe the latter gives much more info. And same goes for flipping scum: if TSE flips scum, who is town? If spring flips town, who is town? Again, the latter gives much more info.
i still think her choice of wanting beeboy protected was town-motivated, and that the scum kill doesn't really line up with it.
However, I do agree that TSE lynched provides very little info while spring has more interactions.

how genuine did spring seem in wanting beeboy to be chain leader?
To me, it was like she was following the plan that was discussed during the day. She didn't discuss it further than she still wanted to give him the chain and then she voted for him to get it.
In between that, she talked about you being scum and coming up with the weird case on PB.
