-Each day phase will last for 10 days, with night phases lasting 48 hours.

VOTING

ACTIVITY

  • Votes will be to treestump rather than to lynch. If Mafia is stumped Day 1, town immediately wins. Otherwise, scum treestump 4 Town and 1 Mafia to get down to 3p Lylo.
• Activity requirements will be kept for treestumped players.
  
• Although the day will still end when a majority is reached, if a majority is not reached before the deadline, the lynch will be resolved by plurality.

INCIDENT

"The proceedings are now in session. Please begin your testimony."

"Right. Well, I'll take it from the top, then."

I suppose it really all began when the lights and power on the ship suddenly failed, plunging the ship into darkness.

We had been in the crew quarters at the time. Some of the crew went to go get the power working, while me and a few others rushed to the Captain's quarters to try to make sense of what was going on.

We arrived just as they must've gotten the lights back on, and I was greeted by a sight I'm afraid I may never forget.

With the lights back on, we met up again. The Captain was dead, and although the lights were on, the rest of the ship's power wasn't functional – all signs pointed to deliberate sabotage.

I'd like to say that we stayed calm, but I couldn't. The arguments and the accusations began immediately.

How could we be calm when the people who had killed the Captain and left us stranded were standing among us?

Eventually, despite the paranoia, we managed to at least agree on a signle suspect, who we arrested and searched...

I awoke by quite literally being thrown out of bed.

It took my a moment to gain my bearings and untangle myself. When I did, I realized that the entire ship had lurched heavily.

Water was coming in, and fast.

I rushed to get to the lifeboats, of course, but I found that the watertight doors were already sealed.

I looked around. There were only two others with me.

Someone had to have sealed us in. And as for the three of us, we were trapped.

Just as soon as we realized we were trapped, Hoptic pulled out a gun.

Said that he was the one who killed the Captain, and we'd be next if we didn't get him out of this.

He was clearly agitated. As blood rushed to my head I began to feel faint. Everything about the situation I found myself in was too much to handle, I could barely even process what he was saying. That was when the Chemist jumped him, trying to get the gun out of his hands. As they struggled, a single shot broke me out of my stupor, the sound reverberating so loudly in the enclosed room that it nearly broke my eardrums.

The gun skidded across the floor to my feet. Hoptic pushed Chemist's limp body off of himself as he stood up and made a dash for me. I pulled the trigger.


With four bullets left I had enough to disable the locking mechanism on the doors and make it to one of the lifeboats, and that was the end of my time on the

RMS Treestump Express.

I can tell you, quite confidently, that Chemist was the one responsible for the incident.

"Thank you for your testimony, Mr. Chkflip. You are free to go."

there's not much in the way of commentary from me in the mod thread but i did think that all of the roleplaying and everything was brilliant, i liked a lot of even if if i didn't get the chance to read all of it all that closely. definitely gave this game a lot of character
