PGO IS NOT A NORMAL ROLE. IT CANNOT BE USED IN A NORMAL SETUP. NO ONE WOULD APPROVE IT BECAUSE IT'S NOT ON THE LIST OF EXPLICITLY NORMAL ROLES.
