I was thinking hawk since alight could mean landing on something.

Forest (2): Berry, ?
Alight (2): Oil, ?

We were never clued Crash, so we're looking for a forest word and an alight word, Hawk could fit either, more likely Forest, which leaves us with Alight, which would lead me towards Wave

Looking at the grid (and finally being able to look up Tiana!), I'm guessing the breakdown was Construction: Bridge/Orange/Well/Berlin, while Tiana was Fork/Ball/Leprechaun. I'll be curious to see what our spymaster actually intended.
