Error is inconsequential. Play stands.

The dice tag in 92 should have been rolled as Dannflor had three dice in play at the time (the 3 and 1 from his first roll and the 1 the Laborer brought into play). However, the first two dice provided the 4 needed to make the three of a kind - the fact that the third die didn't get properly rolled doesn't change the outcome.

If anything else had happened, we'd have to rewind to 92 as in 93 the lost die in 92 *does* get rolled - but not necessary here.

Actually, not even sure we'd have to rewind in that case. It's basically the equivalent of a cocked die, and if the player opts to just re-roll it in step 3 regardless of what it would have been, that wouldn't really impact play at all. It'd only become an issue if Dannflor had tried to freeze it as a 1 after the roll in 91/92, which didn't happen. So all's good.
