I would not like to mass-claim at this point but if that's what the town decides I wouldn't hate it

Pros is that town can synchronize PR’s to make the optimal decisions. And we’d never accidentally lynch an unclaimed PR like 72 again.
Cons is that scum will know what PR’s town have and plan accordingly.
