You start the game as Vanilla Townie. You have a 1-shot bulletproof vest. If you lose the vest, you switch roles to mafia, are added to the mafia PT, everything.
At any point in the game, you can kill/revive any number of players. If you do so, you die for three days and are revived the third day. You win if you are alive when town wins.

That just sounds like Saulus but with extra steps

Vanilla Mafia
Well it's basically judas but only switches if they're nightkilled
If the Aliens have a Venter, they get additional nightkills for each member past the first they had when they got the Venter. If the Venter is there at gamestart they have kills for each member they started with.
Also lol got the name wrong on Saulus/Judas

Town aligned. Each night, may target two players. Their roles, but not alignments, are swapped. If a role swapped is incompatible with the new alignment it has, make the minimum amount of changes needed to make it work.
Inspired by a game on my homesite with this mechanic.

You will still be able to vote from the dead thread the 2 days following your death, living players won't see your vote and if plurality is in rule, there must be at least one alive player voting for the execution to go through
Once in the game during night, you may target a player.
While you are still alive, all investigation results coming from or targeting the targeted player will be posted inthread, and the investigator's role (including hidden mod notes) will be known.
Town aligned. You may target one player each night to prevent them from being killed that night. If you do so, they are poisoned and will die the next night, unless you target them again the next night. However, they are still poisoned, and you must protect them every night, otherwise they will die.
Town aligned. You are essentially a poisoner, but you receive the role message above, believing you are a Plague Doctor. You are not. You cannot save anyone. Anyone you target is poisoned and will die the next night.
Town aligned. You cannot be killed by a day vote. If you are voted down during the day, you must choose to kill one player on your wagon.
What's your homesite, gamma?
the Starmen.net forums. They have a decent mafia scene that attracts some fairly regular players, but the site itself is primarily focused on the Mother/Earthbound series. The site mafia culture there is pretty different to here, voting is much slower due to a focus on nightplay vs. dayplay

You must pick a page from Grand Idea Mafia during pregame. The moderator must roll a random role from that page and give you that role (but not alignment).
Each night, you may ask the question to the moderator about how they would interpret any Grand Idea Mafia role card or any interactions involving Grand Idea Mafia role cards.
Once in the game during night, you may perform the factional nightkill as if you were strong-willed, untargetable, and the target had no abilities (the Astral Demon kill does indeed roleblock).

All rolecards are replaced with the rolecard immediately above them, including this one.
In the event #0 is rolled, does that shift up to the last role card in this thread? Also would rolling this post and Shift Up give you a named townie named
