The diary belongs to Sarsha Rose. The last entry is from about two years ago, so shortly before the Collapse, when she was going to visit the fashion store in the mall. Based on that, I will assume that Cindy came to the Rata Mall to try to find out what happened to her sister.

It seems likely to me, Terry's remains were found one phase after he went in by Yvonne and Jia. In a similar method, Casey's remains were found one phase after he went in. It's consistent.
