April 19, 1943 is the date of the first intentional LSD trip. Albert Hoffman found LSD in 1938 but didn't discover the hallucinogenic properties until 1943 when he accidentally ingested some. He purposefully ingested a larger dose on April 19th and tripped while riding his bicycle home. April 19th is known as bicycle day to LSD users.

Cut them some slack. It's incredibly hard to plan your entrance into the main thread when several slots you fear drew town and you didn't.

Especially when there's other posts onsite to make that are less fraught with danger at every turn.

The real reason they're afraid is because I'm holding them hostage to release those Scumsman PTs, I'm not giving up on this

You see, I have this secret tell that has pretty decent amount of accuracy even without me reading all those pages.

Oh I wasn't serious. I literally didn't read the game yet still except for like 1~2 pages. And then I saw you complaining about there being no content. So I became lazy mode again.

Curious about a few things:
1) Why are you skipping morph's posts in particular? post count?
2) If it's post count, why are you reading bell to the point where you're just utterly shutting down any suspicion pointed that way? I assume you read that slot?

This catchup feels like someone who's been reading the game vs someone who's been catching up in the moment in that it seems to have already decided to handle specific slots in specific ways

Given how my basing the read on you back then and not trying harder to read Nacho caused me to misread your slot, does it really surprise you that in this game I want to townread both heads?

It doesn't necessarily surprise me but it's certainly not the only reason you might do that and my initial impression wasn't "bork seems town but I'm still paranoid" (which, fine) and more "here's a bunch of town bork stuff but gif is a non-factor therefore imma stick them in my null pile with heavy qualification on my 4th tier"

I have a bit more to say about this but I don't have time right now. I'm trying to reconcile my own perspective with the one you are presenting here.

I believe ffery actually originally called it something like "My heart wants" but then I made stupid meme-y names for the titles instead.

Now I feel like I came between townbork and townffery with my stupid memey shit and i really thin the FACT i think of it that way is an indicator that we should get over it and make you hang out with bell.

And your progression on midway flipped from someone in town bucket to a scum read in a way that doesn't seem genuine to me. why is midway refusing to answer your Q even remotely alignment indicative (and moreover, to the point that you needed to whiplash the hell out of that read)

the second part was a general statement supporting the first part. the line as a whole means I think it is somewhat scummy to lament about hydrae in-thread instead of just playing the game and sorting them, but perhaps not so scummy coming from someone who has never played with a hydra before.

Re: the hydra comment, it wasn't dislike per se, just that there was a decent amount of confusion with regards to who said what (and with IV, who was even part of the hydra/playing in the game), and it was hard for me to follow (and probably even harder for +J to follow).

This is pretty on track with how I felt about the post at the time it was made. My read of s_s has gone up the charts a bit on their content since then, including his interactions with you.

ie, by following up on scumpings, questioning slots indiscriminately, asking off-kilter direct questions, participating in discussion, etc etc, all very rudimentary day 1 townplay.

A kindred spirit. especially the indiscriminate and off-kilter parts.

This is probably at the heart of of my you-read.

morph has a lot of posts and when I'm just skimming its hard for anything in particular to stick out. The only thing I can say really sticks out from them is the reads list and I feel like thats their most cohesive post but then again there's a bunch of other posts I missed so who knows.
I townlean Bell but I don't know how you're interpretting my catch up as shutting down scumreads on that post when I'm not. I'm mostly just interested in what midway had to say about the slot (which he posted and I'll look at it when I can turn on my brain) and your vote stood out because tone.
